I did receive the certificate about 7-8 days after my oath.

I never specifically asked for it. I explained my situation about the need to travel very soon.

I actually got my certificate on Friday, July 8th. I did my Oath on Wed, June 29th, the agent said he would ship it out the next day, so I am guessing he did. I received it one week later, thankfully. Also shows my application is closed on the website. Goodluck all!
