No , the email didn't ask for a reply, just told us time/date and what documents to bring.

Also, keep an eye on the applicants email, we never got a call but found the interview request in the spam folder.

I have heard of them getting lost or them asking for another one when you already sent one in that is current. We decided to hold onto it and give it to them in hand at the interview so we didn't waste our time/money and stress tracking it down if they neglected to make a note of it on the file.

Hubby didn't get the call but found the interview request in his junk folder. We are soooooooo relieved and glad to be progressing to the next step in this journey. Interview is mid October as well. Thank the Lord!! It's almost to its conclusion!!

Hi, with regard to accounts , we opened up a joint account in JA , hubby can not open up one with me at a Canadian bank as he would need to sign the signature card in order to do so.

Thanks for the info Cham p, my spouse doesn't have a printer but would be walking with the phone, our chat history, call history and photos are on that. Do you think that would be adequate or would we need to give them more hard proof ?

I have to say that in the last 2 weeks I have seen a surge in the clearing of the inland spousal sponsorship backlog, seeing several applications that were put in before mine and have landing interviews this month. I only really hope we see the Outland applications start to improve quickly too...
