Dear, How did you solve the issue regarding medical surveillance undertaking form? I received a correspondence letter in mycic with a filled up medical surveillance undertaking form for my wife. There was no other instruction. The application status is still open. Should I wait?

I get medical surveillance undertaking form today without any message. could you please share what was about your case? do i need to sign the form and send to the visa office?

I also submitted on the same date and reached SGVO on 7 Sept. No news till now.

As per CIC, it is 19 months. But reality is different.

under "check status and message" upon login mycici, you can found view submitted application. There you would find the upload option.
