Where can i inform about changes in physical appearance to cic?? My application is already approved...just need to report changes before landing

I was today asked by cic for IMM 5046 form...is it common for others too?

When do we get the UCI number?? And how can we access ECAS using EE profile number.....Like what should we choose under identification type as there are options like application number, case number, UCI number????
