If you get a US visa, you can travel with just your COPR as long as you leave and return to Canada via car.

They only ask for your passport and COPR. I was fsw too

You can only travel to the US. That too you will have to enter via car and then once in you can fly wherever. On your way back you will again have to enter Canada via car.

To get your SIN all you will need is your Passport, COPR and your old SIN. To get your health card you need the application form and three sets of documents: Picture ID, Proof of address and COPR. Hope this helps.
