How are you able to return to Canada after taking the oath? You need to surrender your PR card at the time of taking the oath. So returning to US after oath is fine, but coming back to Canada without a PR card is not possible. Something doesn't add up.

Agree with Rob - Apply for visitors visa for your parents, pray that they get it, then travel together, and then apply for super visa in Canada.

have you looked at parents and grandparents super visa? It allows then to stay in Canada for 2 years. Only obligation on your part is providing proof of health insurance for your parents for a period of at least one year.
