Same here... Yesterday I sent a reminder to Bucharest VO (had sent new passport scanned) that I haven't received any reply if they are received it. And today (!!!) I received reply. Very kind email saying... nothing. Your file is currently going through the required assessment...

CIC have an official page in twitter. I guess we can write our complains there. I've already put a comment few days ago. But if the comments are 100-200-300....they will have higher visibility. At least nothing to loose.
