I do not see why they will not let you onboard. If there are an new travel restriction at that time then not sure but with current situation you should be able to come back. Wait for somebody else to confirm

Can you please let me know how long all together it took for you to get PR card and what date you got your COPR

Applied on april 29 got it approved on 30 september
