Umar Shahid, Certified true copies are certified by either Higher Education Commission which is in Islamabad or Ministry of Foreign affairs also in Islamabad for birth certificates, nikka etc etc. You will buy attestation stamp tickets and place them on copies and then they will attest it.

@LuckyA This year they only had 50 slots which are already filled up. You might need to await until April 2016 or when they reopen the program in order to apply for self employed category

Denied entry means, you went to US airport and one of the officer rejected your entry into the country. It has nothing to do with visa denied.
