After seeing your post, I was heartened - I landed at Emerson on June 12th. I went home at lunchtime to check my mail, and lo - my PR card arrived today. YAY! :)

I can confirm that both photos I sent were stamped, dated, and had my full name and DOB on the back.

For those who have been stressing about photos: The requirements don't ask for the photos to be signed. Instead, they must be taken by a professional photographer (be that Costco, London Drugs, Henry's, Don's Photo, etc.); they must be the required size (the guidelines are included with the PPR...

I completed my landing today at Emerson, Manitoba. A very quick process all in all! It was about a minute in the car with the border guard; then inside the building I was the only person being seen. The officer said it would take about 20 minutes to get things in order - it was more like 10...

My COPR was delivered this morning!... or it would have been if I was at home. I have to pick it up from the post office tomorrow afternoon :P I'm still very impressed at how quickly that got done!

My return tracker was activated this evening shortly after 5pm Ottawa time! That's some damned quick work by the folks in THAT office, compared to some of the other CIC offices(!) They received my documents on Friday, and I might have my COPR in my hands before this week is over! That'd be less...

My wife and I have booked a hotel in Grand Forks ND for June 10th and 11th - so we're being optimistic that I'll get the COPR reasonably quickly... but if we have to cancel and change the date, there's no penalty :)

Yup - I'm in pretty much the same situation! ECAS changed to Decision Made. I got the PPR on Thursday, and sent everything off to them on Thursday morning. They received it Friday afternoon. Jut a little bit more waiting to do - and lots of checking to see if the return envelope tracking label...

So, I sent my stuff off to Ottawa yesterday. I checked the Canada Post tracker today, and they've already received it! Good work Canada Post! Now to just sit tight and wait for the tracker on my return envelope. :)
