I just received an email saying Aug 8th 2015 (Saturday ) at 10 am Oath ceremony has been cancelled due to Unforeseen Circumstances.

My e-case status changed to decision made , but there is no Oath line Information. Oath letter stating that 8th Aug , at 10 AM , in Expo Blvd Office.

Hi Sam , I did double check the Oath letter , it is on 8th Aug , and concerned that there are no oath ceremonies posted for Aug 8th in Vancouver on CIC website.
