As long as you are inside canada, all u need is Study permit. You only need TRV to go out and come back, but if you never leave, study permit is sufficient.

Yes you should. You can stay inside the country with just the study permit. But you would require a TRV to go outside of canada and come back. But as long as you are just staying in canada, an expired TRV is alright as long as you have a valid study permit.

No buddy, you do not need to. You can simply come back as both of your documents are still valid. however depending upon if ur permit was given after june 2014, you will have to be enrolled as soon as u come back as its illegal for u to be in canada without being full time enrolled if ur permit...
