Just to give an update in terms of timelines. My wife received her PR Card today. She landed on July 18. So exactly two months. The card said it was printed on September 14 so took 4 days to be delivered. Was surprised to receive it this soon not that I'm complaining :)

That is good to know. Now the waiting for the PR card begins.

Regardless, I'm glad the landing is done and need to just wait for the PR card now. I think they want the documents to destroy it. I'll try to find it but if I am unable to I don't think this is going to affect anything on her file right?
