    We are only common law and have a DM already. We did have a common-law declaration certificate from while we lived in Aus that I included in the paperwork which may have helped.

    I got an email from CIC asking to pay for the RPRF - thought I had paid it. Hopefully this means that they have made a decision and I can add to the DM's in Nov through Ottawa!!! I am Aussie and currently living in Canada applied Nov 17 ;D ;D ;D
