I applied on 5th Oct 2020, and it got approved 1st Feb 2021. Biometrics were done on 15th Nov, 2020 and medical was required as well which passed on 30th Dec 2020

My wife's visitor visa was approved on Feb 1, she came to Canada on Feb 20, I notified the immigration office on Feb 22, and we got Decision made yesterday.
