Do we need to submit police certificates for country of birth AND canada?

I don't know the 100% correct answer but I do think if no one else replies you should really just go the safest option and and do not use the same documents twice. I had the same question a few weeks ago when I was putting together my files but I did not use the same documents when I submitted.

I submitted my application yesterday June 2nd with my OWP! I'm on iec that expires september. If by some chance I don't get my OWP before then, will I have implied status? I've read a lot of people have received OWP within 2 months. Hoping this happens!
