I think you should call cic as other people suggested. Even if you are 55 year old or older, you may not have to do the test but you still need to go through the interview for cic to verify your identity. It is good that you sent them a letter notifying them. I suggest you also call them. I believe they should add this information to your file to make sure the ceremony date is not within the time you are not available. At least you can verify this by calling them.

Thanks a lot. I did some search myself as well, and it seems it is not necessarily an RQ. It could be just finger prints request. At least it is a good sign they are looking into my file.

I received an email today from CIC saying that my test/interview has been postponed one week. The new test date is Nov 12th. Nothing seemed extraordinary in the email though. I am in Montreal. Wonder if any one got similar case?

I believe it is extremely unlikely that your application would be returned for missing "N/A"s. They processed applications up until May 20th. Based on the current pace, you should hopefully receive your AOR in a week or two from now.
