This response was sent by my MP. It would probably be a good idea to reach out to the MP, so that they can get case updates on your behalf. My in-laws super visa application was sent on Nov 7, 2022 and after that radio silence. Both their biometrics and medicals were upfront.

My in-laws had applied for visit visa twice and both were rejected. They then filed for a super visa application with help of an immigration consultant. My 2 cent is that the past visit visa rejections might make it non-routine. No one can predict the mind of the case processing officer...
