I know your're right CIC is an animal and also hopefully we should be done with this process before Next year,seriously i am tired of checking status every morning and night and still no update just "DECISION MADE" with Test invite. hopefully this coming next week brings us a luck and good news...

but what about DECEMBER, who will be schedule to get OATH in december because people who did exam on 15th September are schedule for next month december so what about rest of the september ?

Oh ok, my wife passed her exam on 21September,2015 and DM on 23September,2015 so still waiting for oath as per my guess or theory it takes exact 7 weeks from the test date. so i am hoping to hear back or get a oath letter 2nd week of november,2015 as per my guess lolzz
