Don't waste your time with IRCC customer care, they were bit helpful to get application updates while processing... other than that they have no clue or power to speed up processing.

I also faxed Solemn declaration, but i did not get any response or acknowledgement... When i called IRCC customer care, they told me Solemn declaration is only valid if IRCC has processed PR cards and mailed out to applicant.. mine was still under production

My photos' were sent to production on may 31st and still waiting... As per agent, they are never sure photo's are correct until they print them.

You should receive card within a week... its almost 6 months; is your card processed via portal ?

Probably Ghost update.. My application had ghost update on 27th May (3weeks from eCoPR) and no updates later. I received eCoPR on 7th May.

No I have not yet received PR card.... On CIC portal I had ghost update on 28th May for PR card application....
