Yes, your info is correct , they might call you to collect the card in person. If possible Stay and go only after you have ur card.

For this confusion, I would say that you are an Outland if you do not stay in canada and applying from another country of residence

To both of you... I would like to say that this is acceptable as ours was the same case!! Don't worry.. You need diff letters only in case you have worked with multiple employers, positions are ok to include in the same letter with respective employers. Hope this help Wish u the success!
