Anybody looking to get endorsement, here is what I personally did. Ask your employer to call them every two or three weeks and ask for a update on the application. They won’t give any info about your application to you, so please go through your employer. I am inland in NL. The province didn’t...

Yeah it doesn’t say the application will be rejected if it’s not the same Noc, at least not for aisp. Also as I checked other forums and a federal appeal against immigration for a case rejected over salary and later it was overruled by judge and the person got another officer to review the case...

few minutes ago my twp was approved. Thank God! I think many people have done that. I am inland and they clearly mention in my endorsement that my experience is in NOC 6513 and I am being offered a job at NOC 6311. Same occupation. they wouldn't have given endorsement if they had an issue. My...

My pay was increased on paper(offer of employment) but it took two pay periods to show up in my paystub, because my employer forgot to raise my pay. I am inland, AISP, and already submitted the application and received aor. Do you think I would have a problem because it took a while to get this...

I was issued endorsement for $11.75 noc code 6311 by nl. they asked my employer to increase the wages by 0.25 cents so we wrote 11.75. So you should be fine, I think they accept it if the pay is in the low range of noc but not below that.

My offer of employment says $11.75. It was asked by the province to increase my pay to that for this position. After that only I was issued endorsement from NL. You are correct. But should I be worried because the province asked for this pay to be set for this position and I don’t know if the...

Sign it and send it updated and tell them you didn’t knew about this and your employer has helped out. Now also send a copy to the province so they can adjust...

Definitely check with them. Call ircc and ask if your application was returned. That will give you an idea if it’s still in completeness check or if it’s returned. Because when r10(completeness check) is completed they will upload the file on GCMS. That’s what I was doing since they received my...
