Hello Mimikoy! I think there is no need for Red Ribboned documents and walang validity ang documents. My sister processed her papers that way a year ago and she's in Manitoba na. And she asked me to prepare same documents as well. That is kung walang changes ang process ngayon. Hope this helps! :)
