Sent appl on 28 July. Reached St.J on 10 Aug. AOR 14 Aug. Whole thing including the bank draft returned on 18 Aug. asking for LMIA. Without LMIA nothing will work. :( So my would be employer has to apply for LMIA (takes a long time).

Pls advise on If children are over-aged but still fulltime students, on IMM0008 - the reason for not accompanying will be "over-aged dependant". Should it mention how they will join the principal applicant (parents) later.... such "will join as students" or something ? or just leave it...

Could someone please help ! In the above Q8, if the spouse had been running own business (outside Canada), does it have to submit business registration documents ? or other docs to match the entire period (10 years).

Hi What about letters of references issued by past employers many years ago, i.e. at the time of leaving employment ? They are addressed `TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN'........ Are these accepted ? or do they require ref.letters addressed to CIC ? Getting that would be impossible now..

Please some one tell me if a relative who has established business in Canada could give a job offer for a PNP applicant ? Also is LMIA needed for PNP s?
