    ECAS changed to decision made 2 days after the passport request.

    It takes 2-3 weeks to get a response back from CIC but after that vfs gets it stamped within a week or so.

    I also have similar situation but I can't log into ECAS yet with my receipt number. My date of payment was also 28th April 2016.
