My file was in Process since May 17. Today it shows Decision Made but doesnt say anything about card been sent or not?? What does this mean???

mine was send under urgent as well Received AOR And In Process all from May 17. nothing after that till now. I guess they didnt think it to be urgent .

Do anyone know if they process applications according to date or randomly? I saw somebody applies the same date did got decision made but mine still in Process? I applied under URGENT but they didnt consider and is in process since then. Application received and AOR since May 17.
