I think VCM is the one who is dealing with the PPR.... Most of cases were with other officer like RIF, RIH, MXH ... but after medical now with VCM. So observe the time when VCM is issuing PPR after MR... I have seen it is vary, some are getting in two months, and three month even some are in...
