Hi, this question might have been aswered already but I cannot find anything. My Oath ceremony is scheduled for March. I have seen on CiC website that Digital Certificates can be provided since January. How can I request this eCertificate instead of Paper one ? During the ceremony?

PR + OWP applications received November 29th 2017. AOR : January 13th 2018. Pcc and schedule A sent January 15th. OWP appouved : March 13th 2018

You should reprint your forms with « conjoint de fait », the french canadian translation for « common law partner »

I guess you are true ... your lawyer has to fill the form as common law partner ... and not conjugal partner ! I think there are no differences in US, but in Canada it’s not the same status regarding the laws and imigration

I don’t know why ... same situation here I signed the forms november 25th, received by cic november 29th. My PR aplication says « received november 29th », but OWP app says « received November 22th ». There are several applicants who have this 7 days difference ... and I cannot find the...

Hi guys. I try to estimate when my OWP could be approuved. When I compare timelines from other applicants, what date do you think is the most revelent to estimate remaining time ? From app received ? Aor ? Pcc upload ?

Dont be stressed about not updated forms ... I made this mistake .... Received by CIC Nobember 29th. And finally AOR January 13th.

Hi Guys, I can't find an answer on the past threads about my OWP. I received the AOR for the PR application for my common law partner, and succesfully linked the app to myCIC. I just wonder if an action is needed for the OWP? Do I have to link myCIC with OWP app as well ?

Hi WeegieInOttawa, We send an open work permit application too. Do I need to link a second time for the OWP application ? or linking only the PR application is OK ? Thanks

Can someone tells me if only the primary applicant is able to link his CIC account to the apllication ? Or the sponsor can link as well ?
