I am in Greater Toronto area (Brampton). they checked my original Indian cancelled passport and surrender certificate. They took my origional surrender certiciate and couirered me back within 7-10 days.

HI It was walkin. I paid them (for delivery of OCI and original surrender certificate both) at the counter when I submitted it through Walkin application.
