Well, It's better you wait for your study permit to arrive. Then continue to appy for your PGWP with it. Anyway, you have 180 days fmto apply for it.

How about reading week scheduled break for a student currently in his final semester? I was told my CIC that I can work full time during reading week during academic session as I'll be a full time student before and after the Reading week within the semester.
