Mine is working too with the online receipt, I paid when I got the reminder email, im Dec 22nd applicant.

Even after DM they can ask you for any documents, one of my coworkers that is December 17th applicant, got DM 3 weeks ago and last week they sent him an email asking for update Schedule A and prove of medical from his wife (she is back in his country) then I see they can ask anytime.

Hello Saloni86! I think you must apply for renew your permit, remember the processing time is up to 15 months, then better don't take the risk and apply just in case. Good luck!
