I am in the same boat...landed on 26th may and got the request to send the photos again on july 30. Last i checked , they are processing applications july 4 around (having requested for photos again). So i guess that makes me guess i ll have to wait for another 2 weeks before i expect the PR cards.

A lot of June/July NDVO SINP applicants got their BG in progress yesterday. Did anyone had it here ? I am of same category but no change for me as yet.

APR will be considered as submitted. However, the file processing wont start as there is a pending action on the applicant. It had the same case and now the file is complete after i uploaded FBI PCC.

I received my PCC a few days ago. Thanks Jairichi and everyone else on the forum for your valuable suggestions.

I would suggest to fax the details. It is faster as per my conversation with support staff.

Update: I called FBI july 1st week to check the status after sending in courier having updated CC form and a small LoE. The lady said they were processing May packets and asked me to fax it immediately. I faxed in both the docs again (5th july) and my new CC was charged finally on 8th of July...

Just an update i wanted to share with everyone. I received a letter from FBI explaining the reason of denial of payment ( In my case it was credit card issue ). They have asked me to send in another CC form with updated credit card details. The letter also explains that FBI withholds information...

Thanks guys ! I have send in a new application form , with a covering letter explaining my case and a new credit card (this one does nt have OTP settings and i am sure it ll work ! ). Fingers crossed now !

Hi, i applied during february 2016 and my card was charged a week ago and the transaction failed. My provincial nomination expires next month. Should i send another application form with updated credit card (last one had OTP setting and i think thats why it failed) ? Any help is appreciated
