I'm very sorry to hear that your wait is not over. It's strange how they can have the option to apply as conjugal partners, yet they question why you are not married and for that reason reject the application. If I was you, I would contact an immigration lawyer for advise re: appealing. At...

Hi nanniehn, I hope your partners interview went very well. Were they nice at the office? Did your partner get the visa and CoPR that same day? My husband is traveling to Mexico City for the interview next week, and it's hard to know if he will need to stay for another couple of days there...

Thank you nanniehn! They already asked and received our updated schedule A. It seems to be a common request. I am finally starting to calm down, my husband is calm and confident they will understand this is real once he sees them. Yes, everything will be okay. Good Luck to you too!!!

Thank you so much for your reply. It means the world to me to get this positive energy. I saw the list of sample questions on the spreadsheet, but I think they are so general that they will just confuse us. All we can think to add are our new text records and letters from family and friends...

My husband got an email for an Interview. We received it February 23rd and the interview is on March 17th. I really feel so sad that they are questioning our relationship. We have known each other for 14 years; we have sent them tons of pictures and email message conversations from this time...

That's the Mexican Police certificate. It can't be sent in until an official request has been received from the VO. Usually once we have sent it in to them it's only a few weeks before the PPR ;D ;D ;D

Thank you, I hope we will be lucky and hear something soon. Wouldn't that be the perfect Valentines Gift :D We haven't heard anything since the AOR2 back in September so I'm hoping they had all the information they needed. I'm thinking I sent too much and it's taking them a long time to read...
