If you applied paper based than you can't because they create a unique ID for you that doctor use to communicate your results. If you applied online than you will be submitting your passport and you can send your test results along.

Just an update, As I did not hear from embassy yet. I cancelled my seat at my college for september and has re applied for January intake. I am hoping to hear back from embassy this week to see if they are interested in giving me visa or I have to reapply again. Really frustrating.

Just an update... I called my college to cancel my seat for this semester due to laziness of chic Islamabad. I am in my fourth month since I applied and have not heard back from them yet. I have reapplied for January intake, I hope chic will be awake by then. >:(
