Same here July 14th, No standard process to attend files by submission dates in NDVO.

What i heard they did not receive even 10000 applications this year. Because there was no scrutiny to assess application prior submission many of them got rejected, mainly due to income qualification.

In 2016, there was no lottery system. All Applicants received the AOR in Feb. In 2017, applicants name were announced in April-May. Hence add the delays of 4 months to 2016 timeline.

Received PCC, Sch A and Birth Certificate request today.

Do i have to upload E-medical form on CIC account given by examination centre?

Yes, it depends on case to case. I haven't received Sch A and PCC request yet, but i can see a medical request.

Click on Check Status and Messages > Next screen- You will see a message for Medical request> Click on the message> PDF request will open up Hope this helps
