Submit your passports today or tomorrow maximum...if you are in Delhi they will return your PP with COPR in just a weeks time. Then you can resign. That is the safest option. If you don't mind taking the risk you can resign immediately too...PPR mail is almost a certain indication of a COPR...

Though it is as good as a confirmation..would still advice you to wait till your passports get stamped and are returned to you before resigning from your current job. This is jst to be on the safer side and keep yourself risk free! (Many a slip between a cup and a lip... ;))

What will your score be if you apply now? If you expect to recieve an ITA in the next couple of draws you should be safe applying now...if not, if your scores are lower than the current trend of draw scores better to give IELTS again...

Indeed it should not be an issue any more as long as it is mentioned in the ECA summary itself along with the individual equivalencies. Finally CIC included this in their website, had this been done a while back so many of us would already be in Canada by now! we wasted so much of our precious...
