I tried to contact RCMP via phone to no avail. Sent them an email last week and still no reply. The CIC call centre representatives give generic standard answers. Little bit disappointed but no complaints ::)

Thanks for the reply. It is strange! during the Ottawa interview, I was told that there seems to be no problem and I will be receiving the oath letter next. I wonder if the transfer to St. Clair is a factor here. I really don't know !!!!

Today I checked my ecas only to find that the last line had disappeared!!!! The one that said: Your file was transferred to the Ottawa office on March 20, 2015. The Ottawa office will contact you. Has this happened to anyone else here?
