Finally....we are Canadian citizens! Oath done on 11th March...excellent ceremony in a school with kids giving excellent performances and learning about citizenship process and it's significance. It has been a long journey with a sweet ending! All the best to everyone who is at various stages...

Anyone having oath ceremony in Calgary on 11th March @ 10 am....the venue is Braiside school in SW...strange...normally it's in CIC office in downtown building.

Finally...got the Oath invite for 11th March @ 10:00 am (Calgary). Ecas also updated same day as I received the letter.Surprisingly the ceremony is not in downtown Harry Hays building (CIC office), but in a school: Braeside School, 1747 107 Ave SW, Calgary Has anyone else from Calgary...

Correct....one of my friend gave the test on 16th Oct and got the invite on 30th Dec for Oath on 29th Jan. We appeared for test on 12th Nov.....hopefully oath will be sometime in Feb.

Strange.....we ( self, wife, son-minor) applied for citizenship together on 26th May ( son under my primary application). Me and wife passed test on 12 Nov. today saw DM on wife's eCAS but still IP for self and son? I thought in family application all happens together.....has anyone seen this...

Passed the test today (with wife) in Calgary, both got 20/20....checked our documentation, too long time (10-15 mins) as I had lot of travel in the first out of 4 years (next 3 years in Canada had less travel...about 5 visits out of Canada). Said that oath will happen in 1-3 months.

Wow...Calgary is moving now....I am last on the Calgary list from IP perspective (25th Aug), but I do see "Lovingmum" with IP 24th Aug already received the test invite.....hope I get the same soon...

eCAS activated today with following update: 1.We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on June 3, 2015. 2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 24, 2015.

Received AOR for me and family (wife and son) today , 3 separate emails..1.18 pm, 1.27 pm and 1.31 pm. Application sent- 30th May 2015 Application received- 3rd June 2015 AOR received- 24th July 2015 Will update the sheet later in the evening.

I sent the application (self, wife and son) on 30th May by FedEx, application received on 2nd June. I guess the new rule cut off date is 11th June. I know few people who sent between 7-10 June as well. Waiting for any response from CIC. Does anyone know how many weeks before they let us know...
