Leamic, I realized that you sent your document more than a month later when you received your passport request. The email they sent me requires me to submit it within 30 days.

It was the same email I used and put under my main application form. In fact, it was when CIC sent me an email stating that my background information form wasn't complete that I realized the mistakes in the form. So I replied directly to the email.

I just received my Medical Request. But I've also just landed in China for business and will be here for a couple months. On the CIC email, it says that I can do my medical-examination in China. But will that be considered that I am not "intended" to stay in Quebec? Thanks in advance

My timeline: June,16th, 2015 ---- Application sent. Sept, 3rd, 2015 ---- AOR But nothing since then!!! Where can I query about the matter regarding Medical Examination?? Thanks Steph
