Thanks I actually got my oath invite in the mail and like you I got invited to the special oath ceremony at Toronto Reference Library on April 23rd. We are lucky!

That is correct. You have to check e-Cas regularly

You will not receive test invitation in the mail like it says only email. Scroll down to the bottom of the email you got to see if a pdf is attached with test invitation

That is correct. You are required to complete another application and pay $255.00 again. I got OWP for only one year even though my passport was valid for many years. So I had to reapply and pay again. Still waiting for new OWP. Applied in December 2015 since it expired in April 2016.

I'm not an expert but since there is a possibility that your OWP app may be returned due to insufficient fees you should apply to extend your status as visitor. I believe you have 90 days from the expiry of your visitor status to get the extension done. So extend your visitor status ASAP. If you...
