I'm March applicant, still waiting for MR :( any ideas when March will be getting MR?

I'm in the same situation, received EP 2 months ago, but no MR. I'm March applicant, I guess CiC just working on October -November -December applicants they need to be done this year( give everybody decision) after they finish processing their applications, they can send us MR. but is its just...

I guess nobody even get request for Medical since June :-\ ,but you lucky that you had you medical on July. Are you Outland or Inland? :)

I got my XEP number- Cic received 27 of March. :) now I'm trying to apply for open work permit, I check my eligibility , but I was surprised , it says I need to pay 255$ for open work permit. :o It's correct ? Or I chose something wrong? Help me :)
