    Asivad Anac bids adieu

“It's the emptiest and yet the fullest of all human messages: 'Good-bye.” ― Kurt Vonnegut, Bluebeard What an eventful journey this has been! When I posted a message on this forum for the first time, little did I realize how far it would bring me. Personally, professionally, geographically...

Not CIC agent, a call centre representative. There's a lot of difference.

What are my options to get PR (Canadian degree holder, FSW, low score)

There you go, push that W score up to 7 and you should see a significant jump in your CRS score.

Urgent Medical Exam ...Seniors Please Advise

I don't see the urgency as you're back in 10 days and you've up to 90 days for application submission. You can get medicals done in any IRCC approved clinic across the World but you may want to get it done after returning to Canada if only for the simple reason that it'll be easier on you to...

What are my options to get PR (Canadian degree holder, FSW, low score)

How bad is your IELTS? Typically, CLB 9 should be easier to achieve than moving to Yellowknife.

No harm if you include them in there. Only drawback is that the system will prompt you for documents unnecessarily given that you aren't claiming points for that. If you don't include that under Work history but only under Personal history, you're still declaring everything with the added...

    Proof of Funds (Express Entry)

Recommend that you leave settlement funds untouched throughout the process. IRCC won't call up your bank but they can ask you for an updated statement anytime.

how necessary is that i have continue with job offer i got for my PR?

If you've 'landed', you're free to choose other opportunities.

    question about job offer

That'll be tricky. 469 is a very competitive score, recommend that you decline this ITA and enter the pool again if you aren't sure if those 50 points.

    question about job offer

Assuming you got an ITA yesterday, do you have a CRS of 518 or above? If yes, proceed with application submission. The presence or absence of that job makes no difference to your application.

    Thank you Asivad Anac

Overthinking this. And that's perfectly normal while dealing with IRCC. You do not have to disclose your student loan or any other loan. The only loan which might interest IRCC is the one potentially taken for settlement funds (of course, such a loan would get the application refused). No...
