You can go for a CELPIP General test , it is cheaper than IELTS & only listening and speaking, you need just the basic results, if u think u need some preparations before then go for that first.

No we did not apply for GCMS notes. But We received updates/Medical Requests within 4 months of the date of AOR. ( in all 3 cases )

cammy in my opinion you should wait atleast 3 to 4 months, hopefully you will receive update from lvo in this period. Raise CSE if required in April or May.
