Express Entry started January 2015. All application for PR po should go sa EE pool, CIC then draw based on CRS (Comprehensive Ranking Score) and give Invitation to Apply. Ang itsura nya ranked lahat ang nasa pool, lowest draw was 451. Try reading about Express Entry po if you applied this year...
