I have the exact same timeline as you, sent Feb 1, delivered Feb 2, CC Charged Feb 17, and called them last Friday and confirmed it is approved and under printing. Will try to call again in a couple of days. Please let me know if you got any updates and I'll do the same.

I am really not convinced that the mails of the 27th were not received due to a system error! I think it is something else... It might be that they want to slow it down! Also the number of mails claimed to be sent on the 27th is a lot more than the usual for CPC-Ottawa PPR rate at any other...

Hello, I also got DM at 20-May with no RVF until now... I called last Tuesday 2-June and explained the status. After the checks, I was told that the application is approved and that I should wait for the mail...

I know it is automated system but I think it depends on when the officer will put you in the queue... I noticed that RK6165 have received their PPR all together while nothing for DA20220 since while! Not sure but this is my conclusion
