26% processed Biometrics done Feb 25

I got the biometrics letter on January 27, and got an appoinment for Feb 25. I've been waiting almost a month for it. Here in Vancouver is extremely difficult to find a day for it. I wonder if they continue evaluating your application while waiting for the biometrics.

I got the letter the January 28th and there was no availability in Vancouver until the first week of March! I had to book for February 25th in New Westminster, which is like 1 hour away
