i applied on feb 27.I got my file number april 30th and i got my certificate on july 3rd. All the best to everyone

Hello, I also applied on February 27th 2015.I got my file number almost 2 months after i submitted which is the end of April. I am assuming that the 90 days will begin on the day i got my file number and 2 months before that counts for nothing.
