Our application was sent to mexico Oct 21st, 2019. They started Processing Nov 19th, and we never received the AOR2 letter. We didn't get a request for interview. We got Pre- Arrival and DM 4 months after it was transferred.

Apparently there's a backlog at mexico visa office.

Husband is from St.Vincent - Passport will be sent to Trinidad.

UCI remains the same for lifetime. However, it is not mandatory that you put it on the application. My husband TRV was rejected as well. I did not put the UCI number on the application. They will know that your wife applied for visa anyway. It shouldn't be a problem.

Hey, Canada Post is on rotating strike...I sent mine using Canada Post and it took 6 days to get there via express post... You can send courier to the specified address if u want it to get there sooner...You can use UPS/FedEx.

You might want to check the September forum. Also, it’s about two months since you sent it, I would give it a couple more weeks or so. If you are really anxious then I suggest calling them.

Hey, it will be about 2 months before you get a response. I know 2 months is going to feel like 2 years. Just be patient.
