My husband lived in Canada for 870 days when he applied in March,9,2015, and went to secondary review in April 23rd, 2015. He has not received his new card yet. I received my new card exactly 1 year after secondary review.

My new cardwas issued on May,23rd,2016, and my application was made in Feb,2015. New card shoud be valid from the day it was issued.

My family bought a house in Jan.2012 and my son has lived there since then. So the card was mailed to that address.
