    After I submitted the requested Schedule 4, mycic account updated to "Provided", and it never changed to "We have received the document". My application was approved in mid-October. If your cic account updated to "Provided", then it should be fine.

    Has CIC requested you to provide supplement documents? If so, after you submitted the required documents, you background check will changed to no need for a while, and then changed back to in progress when CIC start to process your supplement documents. :)

    Same here, application was approved and closed on Oct.14. But the return tracker has not been activated. I called CIC this morning, the staff answered my phone was very patient and polite, but he can't check to see if my passport has been mailed out or not, only told me to wait a few days..

    Thanks God! Mycic updated to approved and application was closed today. PPR on Sep.25, sent PP on Sep.26, PP received by CIC on Sep.30. Today got approved in mycic account finally! ;) :P :P
